Hey Guys we need to do something about inactive players that are not in vacation mode.
What shall we do?
I am thinking about more than lets say 60 days inactive should be considered out of the alliance?
I don't want to sound hard that is why I am asking what is best.
We need active people or people in vacation mode in order to progress as Alliance

i agree,if you don't touch an account for 60 days you've forgotten about it completely.

unless they have given you good reason you need to kick them to keep the alliance points correct so we can guage the best way to advance forward

Yeah Tyke that is what I was thinking too that is why I am addressing the situation so we decide and start to do cleaning on the inactive not in vacation mode list.
Now do you think 60 days is good or too long? Shall we reduced it to less days?
So I am counting your post as 3 for inactive (not in vacation mode) players to be deleted.

yes 60 days is good aslong as we send a message saying that they are more than welcome to come back if they start back up

Yeah you are positively right in all what you are saying so what I need to do then is to get a list of all emails of the guys in our alliance so we can send a message. Because if we do it through the game they will never see it.
I am counting your vote as 4 for the Inactive Players rule. So far 20% of alliance members is favouring this and a 100% of the posts are in favour.
I really hope to get above the 50% !!!

I agree to kick them out after 60 days, and if they come back from inactivity and want to get to the alliance again to let them in.

Well I do think we are not getting more votes than these ones. So I will be adding this to the Code and we will proceed as indicated. Of course if someone thinks otherwise please let us know and we will revert what has been now decided.
